Well, a lot sure has happened since the last post.
Not that anything is really new (besides the actual virus, Covid-19) - the structures have been in place a long time, and much that was swept under the rug and hidden from view is once again exposed by the situation we find ourselves in. Artists are used to working in isolation, and we are even used to hard times, but this is going to be much harder in many ways and will affect us for a while. Sending everyone Aloha and good wishes for health, safety and sufficient resources (of every kind) to get through this catastrophic time - and a reminder that we can make the world a better place if we act with unity, kindness and resolve. Here's what I've been working on, all available, contact me if interested, $125 each, unframed (8.5" x 5.5", botanical inks, charcoal, pencil, on acid free paper).
